
Judith A. Biltekoff focuses her practice on representing
individuals and businesses in a full range of employment and
labor law issues, including employment discrimination based
on gender, race, age, religion, hostile work environment and
retaliation. She has also represented, advised and assisted
clients with matters relating to the Family Medical Leave
Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, wage and overtime
disputes, employment policies and procedures and separation
agreements. Her practice encompasses all civil, complex and
class action litigation.
Ms. Biltekoff is a graduate of
Boston University, School of Communications, where she
received a B.S. in Public Communications and the State
University of New York at Buffalo Law School (J.D. 1993).
She was admitted to the State Bar of New York in 1994.
She is also admitted to practice
in the United States District Court for the Western, Eastern
and Southern districts of New York. She has successfully
represented clients in both state and federal courts as well
as in administrative forums such as the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human
Rights and the Department of Labor.

Biltekoff is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County,
the New York State Bar Association and the American Trial
Lawyer’s Association.
