Tara E. Waterman, Esq., practices in civil defense litigation, including the areas of personal injury arising out of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability accidents, and exposure to toxic substances such as asbestos or lead paint. Ms. Waterman also practices in automobile, homeowners and commercial general liability insurance coverage litigation.

In addition, Ms. Waterman practices in the area of environmental law, including matters involving compliance with the New York State Environmental Conservation Law; State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA); and New York Navigation Law § 181 (liability for oil spills).  Ms. Waterman also focuses her practice in matters of regulatory compliance and public hearings with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC).

Ms. Waterman is an All College Honors graduate from Buffalo State College (B.A., magna cum laude).  She attended law school at the University of Buffalo Law School (J.D., magna cum laude).

Ms. Waterman is currently a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, New York Bar Association, and the Charles S. Desmond Inn of Court.
