Nicole B. Palmerton concentrates her civil litigation practice in the areas of advanced appellate briefing and arguing, commercial contract disputes, insurance coverage issues, NY State Labor Law cases, no-fault/uninsured/underinsured motorist actions, premises liability, automobile/personal injury, general negligence and asbestos defense litigation.

Ms. Palmerton is a Western New York native and graduate of The Park School of Buffalo, and American University in Washington, D.C. She is 2001 graduate of State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, cum laude, where she was a member of the ATLA Trial Competition team. She has been a dedicated contributor to the Bar Association of Erie County’s Volunteer Lawyer’s Project, and is also a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, the Bar Association of New York State, and the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association. She is a member and Director of the Defense Trial Lawyers Association.

Ms. Palmerton is admitted to the New York State Bar, the United States District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of New York, and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of New York .

She is a member and current President of the Girl’s Town of Italy - Western New York Chapter, and is fluent in Dutch and conversational French.

Recent speaking engagements include seminars for the New York State Bar Association entitled “Examinations Before Trial: A Primer on Depositions in Tort and Personal Injury Cases” and “Construction Site Accidents: The Trial of a Labor Law Case”. She also spoke at the 51st Finger Lakes Area June Insurance Conference in Auburn, New York on the “Nuts and Bolts of the New CMS Reporting Requirements”.
