Julia E. Roberts
Julia E. Roberts is an associate in the Firm's insurance practice group. She practices in the area of civil defense litigation, including the defense of personal injury claims arising out of motor vehicle and premises liability accidents as well as exposure to toxic substances such as asbestos. Ms. Roberts also represents workers' compensation carriers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims and related matters. She also assists in the Firm's appellate practice.
Ms. Roberts is admitted to practice law in New York State and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Erie County and New York State Bar Associations. A native of Buffalo, Ms. Roberts is a graduate of Nardin Academy, State University of New York at Buffalo (B.A., magna cum laude), and University at Buffalo Law School (J.D.).
