Julia E. Roberts
Julia E. Roberts practices in civil defense litigation, including the areas of personal injury arising out of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability accidents, and exposure to toxic substances such as asbestos. She is an associate in the firm’s asbestos defense department and assists in the firm’s appellate practice, and general discovery and motion practice. Ms. Roberts also represents workers’ compensation carriers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims and related matters.
Ms. Roberts is admitted to practice law in New York State and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the Erie County and New York State Bar Associations. A native of Buffalo, she is a graduate of Nardin Academy, State University of New York at Buffalo (B.A., magna cum laude), and University at Buffalo Law School (J.D.).
